$25 early registration, $35 day of registration, $20 discounted registration for EMTs, First Responders, Healthcare Workers, and Veterans

Race Course 

The kayakers will load into the water using the boat launch at Sytek Park. The start of the race will begin at 9:00 AM at the Sytek Park Bridge. The racers will paddle downstream towards the Alpena County Fairgrounds.  The kayakers will circle Island Park and return upstream toward Sytek Park to finish. Racers must pass under the Sytek Bridge to finish. The course is approximately 6 miles.

$40 for 10x10 spots

• 0-15 lbs: 12:00 PM
• 16-30 lbs: 1:00 PM
• 31-45 lbs: 2:00 PM
• 46-60 lbs: 3:00 PM
• 61+ lbs: 4:00 PM

 All proceeds benefit the Alpena Animal Shelter.
